I have been sitting with Kristen's words and insight for the last few weeks and it has been incredibly helpful and deeply nourishing. Kristen has such a powerful gift. She helped me kickstart a deep process of healing and understanding. Instead of my issues and wounds becoming a problem, she helped shift my thinking to the possibilities and the real wisdom of my body and spirit for having created very real protections.
